Okay, so I like beef! In fact if I may make a little confession here... when I see a fine herd of cattle out grazing in a nice green pasture I have this little fantasy about sneaking out there with a steak knife and carving a nice t-bone or rib-eye out of one of them!

Well now I won’t have to. My good friend Darrell raises beef and this was my half that I ordered.
